Creating a Snapshot Proposal
If you have strong conviction about a metaverse land project, you are welcome to submit a Snapshot initial proposal as a holder. Please follow these requirements for submitting your proposal:
Go to https://snapshot.org/#/thelanddaoprop.eth and join (you will need to link your wallet).
Navigate to "New Proposal"
Title your proposal (eg. "Buy Sandbox 9,-85")
Describe your proposal a. Discord Name (so the team can contact you about any ambiguity) b. "Buy" or "Sell" c. NFT collection name d. Token ID (optional) e. Price range f. Motivation Example: "Beeeeaaaars: Buy Sandbox 9, -85 between 4-10 ETH. This piece of land is very close to Snoop Dogg and the asking price is below the expected value due to proximity to Snoop and traffic that will be generated." Example 2: "Beeeeaaaars: Buy Neo Tokyo Land Deed if available for 5 ETH or below. This should be a good value based on price history and how the project is developing."

This is for whether the proposal is to be advanced to actual voting.
DO NOT PUT MULTIPLE-CHOICE PROPOSALS HERE
Select Start Date: Default is Noon of the publish date. Proposals are open for voting for 7 days from the start date.
Click Publish and sign
Important Notes: A proposal has limited a specific project from being more than 10% of the overall holdings. To remove this limitation another proposal would be required. Acquisitions/Sales are currently within the Ethereum blockchain only. Proposals that do not fit the submission guidelines and format will be removed and will not go to final proposal.
